Notwithstanding the fact that my shaver is an old model, it has proved to be a reliable and efficient product. I am delighted that replacement parts are available to extend its life. As an Australian I share the view of "Joe" and "Nodrog" and fear that the exchange rate may make future purchases unviable. (Posted on 10/31/2018)

I was very pleased to find the parts I needed for my old Braun. Website was good and the detailed information on the products very helpful. These guys know about the products they sell. Arrived when promised. My only complaint is the cost of postage to Australia ($21 for a $17 item). Please investigate lower cost alternatives as options for the customer to select. Many thanks.

I inherited a Braun shaver from my dad who passed away 2 years ago. When the foil cracked I thought life was over for the shaver, thankfully I found "shaver outlet" and the replacement foil. I was sceptical initially but not necessary, perfect fit and obviously the correct part for the machine. Thanks for being out there. ! I live in remote area of Australia. (Posted on 5/7/2015)
