The Braun 3000 is getting to be an old shaver for sure. However, I still like it even when compared to new shavers. It cuts whiskers very well. It is simple. The replacement Foil and Cutter are not OEM but they work fine. I do not know if the quality is as good. However, one has little choice. I either throw the shaver away or use an aftermarket Foil and Cutter because Braun has stopped making the parts. After all, the shaver is about 30 years old. Mine is the European Version which means that the cutter has a slightly different design. (The shaver was purchased in Canada.) The Shaver Outlet knew what was needed. Their expertise is valued.
