Battery replace for 2008-ish Braun Free Control 1775, Model 5729
Original batteries weakened to drive the shaver head sluggishly and barely hold charge for 5 minutes. Access batteries with one small Torx (T8?) screw (which also accepts a small straight blade screwdriver) next to charging pins, slide rubber cover back and off, then two more of the same type screws to release the battery pack. Batteries are stabilized with a foam tape, but snap out easily. Note positive/negative orientation for future reference. Per info on Shaver Outlet page, replaced the two batteries with part #BR-67030922-BT, without the foam tape. Reassemble easily, charge the new batteries overnight.
