Product Review (submitted on January 17, 2024):The ordering process was easy, the battery matches to what I have in my Braun series 9. I changed the drive unit and battery at the same time. The shaver now feels like new with over 60 min of shaving time.
The customer service is top notch - very helpful and responsive.
