Submitted my shaver for a problem with the locking mechanism for the shaver head.
Technician by name of Bryan was very courteous identified the problem in a timely fashion and shipped the repaired razor back to me in a matter of days. I own 3 Braun Shavers and will be submitting them to the shaver outlet for service when and if service is required in the future.
