The battery capacity is 750mAh and size exactly was appropriate with my shaver circuit board but the tabs were a little bit wider than original battery tabs and in order to solder you may need to make it narrower and be able to pass through the hole in main board.
Overall it is excellent product and even better that original one , I remember my philishave (RQ 1280 ) MAX charge was 60 Minutes and never passed 60 but after installing new battery it goes up to 68 minutes and even after alarming 00 minute left it is still running for more than one hour before it is finally dead , Amazing !!
