I needed to replace the head holder on my Norelco electric razor. Did some research, ended up ordering from Shaver Outlet! The replacement part was in stock, reasonably priced along with the shipping cost. I received the part in a few days. The replacement head works well; definitely would order from this vendor again. Nice to find a part to help bring my old shaver back to life. The head holder doesn't fit exactly like the old one, but it's close enough that it's not an issue. Just having the availability of a part for a razor so long out of production what a really nice surprise and keeps me from adding more stuff that's not really broken to the landfill. The new shaving head holder restored my 20 year-old Norelco Smart Touch electric razor to at a reasonable cost. This part looks to be genuine Philips Norelco part. Other sources I explored would have required a much longer waiting period and an aftermarket part of questionable quality. (Posted on 10/23/2020)

I needed new shave head frame for a Philips HQ9190. Original Smart touch head holder worn out and shaving heads kept falling out during shaving. Current part no. is no longer deliverable from Philips (2019)...
Glad I found exact part from Shaveroutlet. Slightly pricey. The shaver is almost as fine as new. It can be placed in cleaning station as before.

I've been trying to find the holder for my Norelco electric shaver heads for at least two years. Every site I checked had the heads, but not the frame. (I'd somehow cracked one of the shaver head supports when the razor fell from my sink to the hard tile floor, so one of the "floating heads" did a lot more floating than it was designed for.) This was the exact replacement part I needed, at a fraction of the cost of a new electric razor. (BTW...what's up with the prices of electric razors these days? Seems like they are double what I paid for mine twelve years ago, while every other electric/electronic device on the planet has fallen drastically in price.) (Posted on 4/13/2019)

This is a follow-up to my March 3, 2019 review. Performing just fine. One cosmetic observation. This part not factory die-cast metal, rather a resin material. I use the shaver’s self-cleaning/charging stand and after a few weeks the cleaning solution stripped the silver paint off to reveal white resin. Still performance not affected. Still a practical and economical fix.
