1=poor 5=excellent returned my 20 year old shaver to action. new norelco's are not as good as the old ones. do not waste money on a new shaver - replace the broken parts & get new heads and it will better than the $300 new shavers. (Posted on 11/7/2015)

1=poor 5=excellent replaced the broken part and restored the 20 year old shaver to functioning. By the way the new Norelco shavers (last ten years) are terrible. The older shavers (20+ years) work/shave far better than the expensive new Norelco ones. (Posted on 11/7/2015)

1=poor 5=excellent The product works exactly as described. It is well worth the cost to replace the original part, which had become worn to the point that sharp edges of the metallic covering were lifting off of the plastic substrate and cutting my skin as I shaved. I don't miss the adjustable "closeness" feature at all. Coupled with a new set of rotary blades, this new Head Holder gives me a very smooth shave. (Posted on 11/2/2015)
