I have used this vendor for several years with my previous Panasonic shaver and now the new one. Interestingly enough, I found the previous shaver better than the current 4 blade version. But that's another story. I find ShaverOutlet very prompt with the deliveries, and I had to call them as well and while I had to leave a message, they were back to me the next day.
