1=poor 5=excellent I ordered this cap to replace mine, which was so loose that it often just fell off the shaver. There are two tabs on the "back" side that snap into place to keep the cap on. There tabs apparently broke off from my original cap. The new one had the tabs, but they were so tight that I needed a screw driver to pry the cap off!! When I tried pulling it off by hand, entire triple head assembly came out with the cap still tightly adhered (it snaps right back in again, so no harm done. One shouldn't need a TOOL to take the cap off his shaver.
This is clearly Norelco's fault and not Shaver Outlet's. It really makes the cap unusable as is, but perhaps I can do something to loosen it up: bending the tabs out in hot water, hair dryer, heat gun. (Posted on 7/28/2021) -
