Your rep took me through some questions I'd had on the various brands and difficulties with delivery due to the virus. The product has worked very well, and is a good replacement for my 40+ year-old trimmer.
The only minor disappointment is that now a few weeks later I see it on sale for $5 less. (Posted on 8/2/2020)
