I have had my razor for several years and somehow one of the head manipulator pins had become chipped and worn. This caused the unit to run noisier then usual. ShaverOutlet had the drive unit at a very reasonable price and shipped it to me quickly. Finding a direction video online, I was able to disassemble my razor, replace the drive unit and now my razor purrs like it did when new.

I decided to try repairing my Series 9 which had become unbearably noisy and had severe vibration, making it uncomfortable to hold. Found an excellent German video showing every step, so the repair was very straightforward and made the shaver like new again!
It was so easy and affordable I decided to repair an older Series9 which I had also stopped using for the same reason. That shaver is like new again.
Finally, I wanted to give a shout out for Brian who gave brilliant technical support. He was quick to reply to my every email, even when it was on a Sunday (Posted on 8/18/2023)

With the cost of a new Series 9 shaver, I was desperate to find a replacement motor assembly. This new motor unit arrived quickly and was an easy installation having followed an online video on how to disassemble and reassemble the unit.
