1=poor 5=excellent I really had my doubts aboutthis product, because Norelco always warned about keeping the blades and heads together due to matched pairs. Maybe I did keep them as originally paired, really could not guarantee it. Forth day since used the product and still getting a great close shave. THANK YOU. (Posted on 4/5/2021)
