Sharpener for Norelco HQ9 blades seems to work well Review by MLB-Norelco user
1=poor 5=excellent Since Norelco isn't making the HQ9 blades anymore I purchased this sharpener to try on my old HQ9 blades as reviews of the identified replacement have not been as good as those for the HQ9 blades.
I have sharpened one of my sets of old blades and used them along side a set of HQ9 blades I also purchased. While the older, sharpened blades weren't as good as the new blades, they were good enough to satisfy me I won't have to purchase the two-level blades Norelco is selling now to replace the HQ9 three-level blades.
