1=poor 5=excellent I happened to have a transitional model Wahl trimmer that ended up not fitting the recommended 6-position comb. Customer service got right back to me with specific questions and photos so I can figure out and identify what I needed. The situation was quickly resolved and I received the proper fitting part.
