My Norelco 9000 Series shaver was making rasping noises and it was taking more battery life to finish a shave. Clearly the bottom part of the shaving unit (the part that holds the blades on its top, and plugs into the shaver on its bottom end) was having problems. Couldn't find a replacement part on Norelco's site, and found shaveroutlet.com's website with a Google search. Found what I needed easily on their well-designed site, ordered it, and had the genuine Norelco replacement part within about 3 or 4 (yes) days. Great to know about shaveroutlet.com for any future needs.
