I loved this shaver so much I gave up on looking for parts, so I bought a new series 7. No where near the build quality or shave as the original. By accident I found this site just days after getting my new shaver. Not only did they have the exact part I had been looking for, but had a video on how to install it. Truth be told my old head was in several pieces after I tried to fix it my self. So I ordered the new head and battery. I figured since I was going to have it apart, I would replace the battery too. Within a matter of minutes of receiving my new parts, I had my old series 7 shaver fixed. I was so happy because this shaver was getting old , paint peeling, chipping etc. The shaver is like brand new, shaves better than the new series 7 and is also quieter. Great great service from this company. Parts came quick, well packed and communication was superb after ordering, tracking numbers etc. If I need any Braun stuff will definitely order from them again. (Posted on 3/7/2024)

My razor had become very unruly over time, huge amounts of vibration and noise! Researching online brought me here, and in a few days it was as good as new. Thinking about buying another to have on hand for when the new drive wears out. (Posted on 10/5/2023)

Absolutely perfect. I looked all over for the replacement motor and head for my Series 7. I saw less than stellar reviews for the System 9 and really just wanted to refurbish my 7 to last another 8 years. Well, it is like a brand new razor. (Posted on 7/17/2023)

Submitted my shaver for a problem with the locking mechanism for the shaver head.
Technician by name of Bryan was very courteous identified the problem in a timely fashion and shipped the repaired razor back to me in a matter of days. I own 3 Braun Shavers and will be submitting them to the shaver outlet for service when and if service is required in the future.

Thanks to Brian and Bryan for the fast, professional and quality repair of my Series's Seven electric razor. It is operating like a new razor. My many-years-old Braun Series 7 Shaver started making a racket one morning and I after looking online I diagnosed the Motor Drive as worn out. The rest of the Shaver seemed fine (Battery, exterior, etc), so rather than spend several hundred dollars on a new Shaver, I took a chance and bought an ~$50 replacement Motor Drive Unit from Shaveroutlet.com. They had a video showing the removal and replacement process, and it was maybe a 20-minute job being careful and taking my time. The Drive Unit fit perfectly and the result is like-new Shaver performance. It's even quieter than before the racket, so I guess that gradual wear increases shaver noise slowly over time.
